Part-time Receptionist

We are seeking a&nbsp;part-time receptionist&nbsp;for our office&nbsp;in Birkirkara.

In this position, the selected person&nbsp;will oversee the reception desk, primarily by handling all incoming phone calls and greeting all visitors to the company&rsquo;s offices.

Other tasks involved are the following:

<ul>
	<li>Handles all incoming deliveries at reception desk</li>
	<li>Maintains a daily staff movement log so staff can be located quickly</li>
	<li>Opens and prepares for distribution all incoming mail</li>
	<li>Records and prepares all outgoing mail</li>
	<li>Assists in&nbsp;administering&nbsp;stationery stock and supply</li>
	<li>Prepares and coordinates various documents</li>
	<li>Communicates with other team members to ensure smooth hand-overs</li>
	<li>Other office duties as necessary</li>
</ul>

Working hours

The part-time receptionist&nbsp;will work twice a week from 08:00 hours to 17:00 hours in winter (October to June) and from 08:00 hours to 16:00 hours in summer (July to September). The selected candidate will also be required to cover for the other receptionist during vacation or sick leave.

Applicants should be&nbsp;fluent in written and spoken Maltese and English and should be computer literate.

We are currently seeking to recruit anyone who is interested in developing a career in this particular FinTech area. The role will be that of a Senior&nbsp;Implementation Consultant. Following the necessary product training, the role will entail carrying out requirements analysis, systems design, solution configuration and providing user training with leading financial institutions in Malta.
