Front Office Admnistrative Assistant

Computime Group are currently looking for a dynamic and vibrant person to join the company in the role of Front Office Administrative Assistant. 

The prospective candidate will be representing the company as the first point of contact. The role involves handling all incoming telephone calls, greeting all visitors to the company’s offices and receiving all deliveries.  The person will also be responsible for various administrative tasks including basic accountancy work and travel arrangements. 

The person we are looking for should:

  • Have ‘A’ level standard of education and possibly working knowledge of accounting
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English and Maltese languages
  • Possess excellent telephone manners and good communication skills
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Have a smart appearance and a positive attitude
