BRSANALYTICS is the banking solutions brand of Computime Group and is the leading FinTech organisation providing regulatory reporting solutions, trusted by the majority of local credit and financial institutions.

We are currently seeking to recruit someone who is interested in developing a career in this particular FinTech area. The role will be that of an Implementation Consultant. Following the necessary product training, the role will entail carrying out requirements analysis, systems design, solution configuration and providing user training with leading financial institutions in Malta. The selected person will also be involved in post-project implementation support and in the occasional pre-sales work such as the delivery of demonstrations.

The candidate we are looking for should:

  • Have a keen interest in FinTech; in this case the application of technology in the regulatory domain
  • Have an aptitude for numerate tasks and analysis
  • Be confident with data analysis (Pivots / PowerPivots)
  • Be willing to undertake training in the local regulatory requirements
  • Solid time management
  • Have excellent communication and verbal skills, both Maltese and English
  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude and be eager to succeed
  • Methodical and attention to detail
  • Can work under pressure
  • Be a good team player but also willing to work independently on assigned projects

Our preferred requirement for this role is having either a tertiary level degree in Banking and Finance, Business and Computing or equivalent experience, with a keen interest in the financial regulatory space .

Responsibilities

  • Mapping bank’s regulatory requirements and applying the necessary configuration to the software
  • Keeping abreast in banking regulatory changes
  • Analyse problems, design and possibly implement solutions
  • Gain knowledge in the industry to contribute with feedback to continuous improvement of the product
  • Attend to support tickets
