The Position

We are looking for an IT Security Engineer to join our professional team of Engineers.

In this technical position the selected person will be responsible for implementing cyber security-focused technologies and services while working with other technical engineers and project team members to create secure environments for our customers. The person will also participate in tier 2/3 security operations support, on-call rotation, and incident handling and remediation.

Requirements:

<ul>
	<li>A degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification</li>
	<li>2+3 years&rsquo; work experience in configuration and troubleshooting VPN technologies. IPS systems, content security, security information and event management systems</li>
	<li>Good knowledge of IP networking, Routing, Firewalls, Endpoint&nbsp;Security</li>
	<li>Basic knowledge and understanding of a minimum of 3 of&nbsp;following areas:
	<ul>
		<li>Next Generation Firewalls</li>
		<li>Network Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems</li>
		<li>Web Application Firewalls</li>
		<li>Log management &amp; SIEM</li>
		<li>Cloud Security Platforms</li>
		<li>SOAR Platforms</li>
		<li>Endpoint Security Suites</li>
		<li>Automation skills utilizing Powershell or Python</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment</li>
	<li>Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills</li>
</ul>

Preference will be given to candidates who have entry certifications in IT security-related fields from industry leaders like Check Point, Cisco, CyberArk, etc.

The Position

We are looking for a Senior&nbsp;IT Security Engineer to join our professional team of Engineers.

In this technical position the selected person will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing cyber security-focused technologies and services while working with other technical engineers and project team members to create secure environments for our customers. The individual will accomplish these tasks through security focused projects and by reviewing, creating, and approving security standards and technical implementation plans/ designs for non-security driven projects. The person will also participate in tier 2/3 security operations support, on-call rotation, and incident handling and remediation.

Requirements:

	<li>A degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification</li>

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills Required:

The person we are looking for should have:

	<li>First Degree in Accounting and CPA warrant.</li>
	<li>3 to 5 years post-qualification experience.</li>
	<li>Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and financial modelling (experience with SunSystems accounting software is an asset).</li>
	<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
	<li>Strong presentation skills and ability to produce clear and attractive financial reports.</li>
	<li>Ability to multi-task, meet strict deadlines, work within a team, and work on own initiative.</li>
	<li>Team management experience will be considered an asset, but not necessary.</li>
	<li>Exposure to Maltese capital markets will be considered an asset, but not necessary.</li>

We are currently looking for a Senior Software Developer that works with the product team and implementation team to bridge technical aspects in the project implementation lifecycle.&nbsp; The focus of the available post is on transaction monitoring and case investigation for Anti-Money Laundering, Fraud and Responsible Gaming purposes.
