We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing AI-driven automations and intelligent agents for clients, while also supporting customers during and after deployment. This role combines hands-on development with client-facing problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automations and intelligent agents for client solutions</li>
<li>Build, test, and maintain software applications with a focus on reliability and scalability</li>
<li>Assist clients with technical onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing customer support</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions</li>
<li>Maintain clear documentation for implementations, integrations, and support processes</li>
<li>Continuously improve existing systems and contribute to innovation in AI-driven solutions</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in software development</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript</li>
<li>Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices</li>
<li>Experience working with AI-related concepts, frameworks, or tools</li>
<li>Exposure to client-facing or customer support roles</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently</li>
</ul>
Nice-to-Have Skills and Experience
<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with AI or machine learning tools, frameworks, or platforms</li>
<li>Previous experience building system integrations</li>
<li>Experience developing automations or workflow-based solutions</li>
<li>Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, or microservices architectures</li>
</ul>
