As we continue to expand our international footprint, we are looking to strengthen our commercial team with a high-energy Territory Business Development Executive (BDE) or a Territory Business Development Manager (TBDM), who is eager to drive growth and contribute to our next phase of global scaling.&nbsp;
The successful candidate will be appointed at Executive / Manager level depending on experience and track record.
What You'll Do: 
In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Your responsibilities will include:&nbsp;
•	Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.&nbsp;
•	Client Engagement: Meet with prospects to understand their needs and document their requirements.&nbsp;
•	Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demos that showcase the value of ComplyRadar.&nbsp;
•	Proposal Preparation: Craft detailed and persuasive business proposals.&nbsp;
•	Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals successfully.&nbsp;
•	Collaboration: Work closely with our delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless service.&nbsp;
•	Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success.&nbsp;
Who We're Looking For:&nbsp;
To excel in this role, you should possess:&nbsp;
•	A proven track record of meeting sales objectives and providing exceptional customer service.&nbsp;
•	The ability to engage with blue-chip customers and build relationships with C-level management.&nbsp;
•	An eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills.&nbsp;
•	Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills, and a team-oriented mindset.&nbsp;
•	Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional European languages are a plus.&nbsp;
•	A basic knowledge of banking, regulatory compliance, AML, financial fraud, responsible gambling, and KYC.&nbsp;
•	A tertiary level degree or equivalent experience in relevant sectors.&nbsp;

Territory Business Development Executive / Manager

Technical Implementation Consultant
We are looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant to join our ComplyRadar Team in the FinTech division. Our ComplyRadar product portfolio encompasses solutions targeting high-end transaction monitoring and compliance requirements. We have built a solid client base in both financial and iGaming industries and are looking to grow our team and expand our market presence further across the globe.&nbsp;
Your primary responsibilities will be to work with clients in the FinTech industries to design, configure and deploy solutions, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the solution. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential. The person we are looking for should ideally have a business or computing related degree or equivalent and 2+ years of experience working in the industry.&nbsp;
Responsibilities 
•	Analyse and understand business requirements and processes to provide consultancy to clients&nbsp;
•	Design and manage product implementations including the handling of system installations, integration pipelines, rule configurations, business workflows and system upgrades
•	Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the industry to contribute to the continuous improvement of the product
•	Collaborate with the business development team by supporting pre-sales initiatives and providing technical insights&nbsp;
•	Provide technical support and assistance to clients
Skills and experience required 
•	2+ years of experience in implementing software projects, or relevant experience in the FinTech industry
•	A tertiary level degree in Business and/or IT&nbsp;
•	Experience in managing requirements and configuration of enterprise-grade setups&nbsp;
•	Exposure to integration and data centric projects
•	Exposure in working on Linux environments&nbsp;
•	Proficient in managing and analysing data with strong expertise in SQL
•	Solid time-management and good communication skills&nbsp;
•	Logical thinking, detail oriented and systematic to deliver high quality solutions
•	Strong troubleshooting skills
•	Fluency in English is a must
Nice to have 
•	Knowledge and experience in the fields of AML, Responsible Gaming or Fraud&nbsp;
•	Knowledge and experience in gaming, banking and financial services industries&nbsp;
•	Basic knowledge of REST-API based integrations
•	Experience working with big data systems&nbsp;
•	Experience in using Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ
•	Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based applications using Docker or Kubernetes

Our preferred requirement for this role is having either a tertiary level degree in Banking and Finance, Business and Computing or equivalent experience, with a keen interest in the financial regulatory space .&nbsp;

• Mapping bank’s regulatory requirements and applying the necessary configuration to the software&nbsp;
• Keeping abreast in banking regulatory changes&nbsp;
• Analyse problems, design and possibly implement solutions&nbsp;
