The position
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to join our dynamic Business Development Team targeting different industries in Malta.&nbsp;

Who you are&nbsp;
•	Experience in selling enterprise IT systems and/or software products&nbsp;
•	A peoples’ person with a flair for sales and a natural aptitude for negotiation&nbsp;
•	A good communicator of ideas who thrives in an environment where freedom and responsibility are equally valued and where argument is king.&nbsp;
•	Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and driven who is results-oriented and takes pride in delivering top results&nbsp;
•	A fluent user of English with strong interpersonal and organisational skills&nbsp;

What you will do 
•	Identify and pursue sales opportunities and exceed annual sales targets&nbsp;
•	Manage a portfolio of key accounts assigned to you, including developing, expanding and nurturing existing customer relations&nbsp;
•	Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and unmatched customer experience&nbsp;
•	Interact and liaise with suppliers to provide best affiliate service and competitive pricing to customers&nbsp;
•	Coordinate customer requirements in line with business operations, develop and negotiate contracts&nbsp;

Business Development Executive

Technical Implementation Consultant
We are looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant to join our ComplyRadar Team in the FinTech division. Our ComplyRadar product portfolio encompasses solutions targeting high-end transaction monitoring and compliance requirements. We have built a solid client base in both financial and iGaming industries and are looking to grow our team and expand our market presence further across the globe.&nbsp;
Your primary responsibilities will be to work with clients in the FinTech industries to design, configure and deploy solutions, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the solution. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential. The person we are looking for should ideally have a business or computing related degree or equivalent and 2+ years of experience working in the industry.&nbsp;
Responsibilities 
•	Analyse and understand business requirements and processes to provide consultancy to clients&nbsp;
•	Design and manage product implementations including the handling of system installations, integration pipelines, rule configurations, business workflows and system upgrades
•	Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the industry to contribute to the continuous improvement of the product
•	Collaborate with the business development team by supporting pre-sales initiatives and providing technical insights&nbsp;
•	Provide technical support and assistance to clients
Skills and experience required 
•	2+ years of experience in implementing software projects, or relevant experience in the FinTech industry
•	A tertiary level degree in Business and/or IT&nbsp;
•	Experience in managing requirements and configuration of enterprise-grade setups&nbsp;
•	Exposure to integration and data centric projects
•	Exposure in working on Linux environments&nbsp;
•	Proficient in managing and analysing data with strong expertise in SQL
•	Solid time-management and good communication skills&nbsp;
•	Logical thinking, detail oriented and systematic to deliver high quality solutions
•	Strong troubleshooting skills
•	Fluency in English is a must
Nice to have 
•	Knowledge and experience in the fields of AML, Responsible Gaming or Fraud&nbsp;
•	Knowledge and experience in gaming, banking and financial services industries&nbsp;
•	Basic knowledge of REST-API based integrations
•	Experience working with big data systems&nbsp;
•	Experience in using Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ
•	Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based applications using Docker or Kubernetes

&nbsp;Looking for a career in FinTech? BRSANALYTICS is seeking to recruit someone who is interested in developing a career in this area. The role will be that of an Implementation Consultant. Following the necessary product training, the role will entail carrying out requirements analysis, systems design, solution configuration and providing user training with leading financial institutions in Malta. The selected person will also be involved in post-project implementation support and in the occasional pre-sales work such as the delivery of demonstrations.&nbsp;
The candidate we are looking for should:&nbsp;
• Have a keen interest in FinTech; in this case the application of technology in the regulatory domain&nbsp;
• Have an aptitude for numerate tasks and analysis&nbsp;
• Be confident with data analysis (Pivots / PowerPivots)&nbsp;
• Be willing to undertake training in the local regulatory requirements&nbsp;
• Solid time management&nbsp;
• Have excellent communication and verbal skills, both Maltese and English&nbsp;
• Have a ‘can do’ attitude and be eager to succeed&nbsp;
• Methodical and attention to detail&nbsp;
• Can work under pressure&nbsp;
• Be a good team player but also willing to work independently on assigned projects&nbsp;
Our preferred requirement for this role is having either a tertiary level degree in Banking and Finance, Business and Computing or equivalent experience, with a keen interest in the financial regulatory space .&nbsp;

 Responsibilities 
• Mapping bank’s regulatory requirements and applying the necessary configuration to the software&nbsp;
• Keeping abreast in banking regulatory changes&nbsp;
• Analyse problems, design and possibly implement solutions&nbsp;
• Gain knowledge in the industry to contribute with feedback to continuous improvement of the product&nbsp;
• Attend to support tickets&nbsp;
