Computime is a forward-thinking technology company based in Malta, our flagship platform, ComplyRadar, is an advanced compliance solution that delivers sophisticated Transaction Monitoring (TM), behavioural analytics, and modular AI-powered compliance tools tailored for banks, fintechs, payments, and iGaming operators. As we continue to expand our international footprint, we are looking to strengthen our commercial team with a high-energy Territory Business Development Executive (BDE) or a Territory Business Development Manager (TBDM), who is eager to drive growth and contribute to our next phase of global scaling. 

The successful candidate will be appointed at Executive / Manager level depending on experience and track record.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing. 

• Client Engagement: Meet with prospects to understand their needs and document their requirements. 

• Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demos that showcase the value of ComplyRadar. 

• Proposal Preparation: Craft detailed and persuasive business proposals. 

• Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals successfully. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with our delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless service. 

• Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success. 

Who We're Looking For: 

To excel in this role, you should possess: 

• A proven track record of meeting sales objectives and providing exceptional customer service. 

• The ability to engage with blue-chip customers and build relationships with C-level management. 

• An eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills. 

• Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills, and a team-oriented mindset. 

• Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional European languages are a plus. 

• A basic knowledge of banking, regulatory compliance, AML, financial fraud, responsible gambling, and KYC. 

• A tertiary level degree or equivalent experience in relevant sectors.
